To promote awareness related to health, social, cultural, literary and religious matters in order to empower Sikh women so that they can play an integral role in all community affairs aimed to build a stronger family and community.

The SWAM is a registered non profit organization founded in 2009 by Dr. Navdeep Kaur to guard the rights and well being of Sikh women of Quebec. The SWAM is the first ever Sikh women organization formed for the Sikh women and is run by the dedicated team of Sikh women volunteers.
